     Classroom Rules:

       Be a good listener

       Use an inside voice

       Share and take turns

       Keep hands, feet, and other objects to self

       Raise hand

       Wait my turn

    Reward:

       Verbal Praise

       Stickers

       Extra “free” time

     Consequences:   Discipline Wheel

       1st time     Verbal warning

       2nd time    Move child’s clothespin from green to yellow -  Verbal

                         warning

       3rd time     Move child’s clothespin from yellow to orange - 3 min. time

                         out

       4th time     Move child’s clothespin from orange to brown - 5 min. time

                         out

       5th time     Move child’s clothespin from brown to red - Phone call to 

                         Parent

       Severe Disruption     Sent to Principal immediately and phone call to

                                       Parent
