SurveyWorks is Rhode Island's Education Survey Suite. Again, this year, RIDE has formed a partnership with Panorama Education to plan, administer, and collect feedback data.

The surveys are available:

  • Participate online: You will receive information from your child’s school via email.  You can also contact your child's principal for your code (or check your school listserv messages)
  • Or, participate on paper: Contact your school for a paper copy but there is limited paper access available
  • All surveys are available in English and Spanish
  • Accommodations are available upon request
