We are blue and white. We are Middletown.

A message to our learning community.......

I am honored to be serving as the Middletown Public Schools Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning. Middletown staff and students impress me each day. I love this community and the blue and white spirit you instantly feel as you walk through our schools. We have so much to celebrate here, we are proud to be Islanders!

Instruction is most powerful when educators have strong content knowledge and access to high-quality curriculum materials and professional learning. We are committed to excellence in what we teach, how we teach it and how we measure how well students are learning.

I believe that all decisions should be grounded in what is best for our students. In MPS we believe in ALL students. In my role, I work to ensure that we are providing equitable access to our curciculum, high quality teaching, learning experiences and instructional supports. I believe in equity and I will strive to give our students, families, educators, and community what they need to ensure success. It is important to understand that equitable does not always mean equal, and we will strive to give our students, families, educators what they need to succeed. I am here to support this learning community. If I can ever be of any help to you or your child, please do not hesitate to contact me. We are partners.

We are Middletown!
