FREE! Asymptomatic COVID Testing coming to Gaudet Middle School.
Thursday, February 4, from 8:30am - 1:00pm we will be hosting a FREE Asymptomatic (PCR) COVID-19 testing event in the Gaudet gymnasium.
Unfortunately, due to logistical considerations and a finite number of supplies, this testing opportunity is for students, faculty, and staff only.
For the test, your student will receive one nasal swab. This swab will be sent to a lab for PCR-based testing. The results of this test will be available in 24-48 hours on portal.ri.gov.
The school nurse, Mrs. Nina Phillips, will have access to the results of the PCR test.
If you have any questions on the program you may reach out to Nurse Phillips by email email@example.com or call 401-846-6395.
Both distance learning and in-person learning students are eligible to participate.
To sign your student(s) up for the event, please complete and return the form sent home with your child, or click on this link https://files.constantcontact.... prior to Friday, January 29
