Congratulations to Lisa Birkett who was recently appointed as the new Director of Student Services. Mrs. Birkett was the principal at Forest Avenue Elementary from 2021 - 2023, and has a strong background in special education. She will be working closely with Georgia Fortunato who was hired initially as Interim Director of Student Services and now serves as special education consultant to the district.
