K-12 Student Registration

Middletown Public Schools uses PowerSchool for Online Enrollment.  All submissions are secure and provide efficiencies for ease of enrollment.  

STEPS to Enroll

1. Fill out Pre-Registration Form (this is not for PreK)

2. You will receive an email from PowerSchool@mpsri.net with the subject line: "Enrollment Pre-registration Received".

3. Our Registration Specialists will approve the Pre-Registration and you will receive a second email from PowerSchool@mpsri.net with the subject line: "Enrollment Pre-registration Approved". 
   ***Note this is not immediate response as our Registration Specialists will need to review and approve your pre-application.

4. Once approved, you will receive an email from PowerSchool@mpsri.net with the subject line: "Enrollment Process".  This email contains instructions to set up your Parent Portal Account where you will be provided access to complete the registration forms.
   *** Please review the Registration Requirements before starting the registration forms.

Students (Grade 9 & 10) from Other Districts are Welcome to Apply for Career Technical Programs at MHS (tuition is paid by your home district)

Home Schooling

Home Schooling Request Procedure: Parents/Guardians choosing to educate their child/children at home must request approval from the Middletown School Committee each year. Please complete the home school request form.
