Thank you to everyone who helped to make our asymptomatic testing clinic at Middletown High School a success! The results of the PCR test should be back by early next week, potentially sooner. If you do not personally hear from the school nurse, Crista DiSano, regarding your test results, then your PCR COVID results are negative. If your results are positive, you will receive a personal phone call from the nurse to alert you and to discuss COVID procedure. Please do not hesitate to call the school nurse at 401-846-7250 or email at cdisano@mpsri.net with any additional questions or if you would like to confirm your negative results!

ATTENTION 6-12 HYBRID STUDENTS
IMPORTANT CHANGE STARTING THIS WEEK!
EVERY STUDENT, EVERY CLASS, EVERYDAY!
Beginning Thursday, 1/14 every student in the 6 -12 Hybrid Model will be expected to attend every one of their classes either virtually or in-person, at the regularly scheduled meeting times every day.
This means that while our in-person learners are participating in live instruction at school, our remote and distance learners will now also be expected to be live on Zoom (or similar) and participating in classroom instruction on their computers with their teachers and classmates.

DISTANCE LEARNING DAY 12/17/20
Due to the latest weather forecast calling for heavy snow, All Middletown Public Schools will participate in full distance learning on Thursday 12/17/20. Teachers are aware of the need to be flexible and are prepared with synchronous (live) and asynchronous (independent) lessons in the event of power outages.
We are also hopeful that children will get some time to enjoy the snow!
