Hello Islanders, Thank you to everyone who helped to make our asymptomatic testing clinic at Middletown High School a success! The results of the PCR test should be back by early next week, potentially sooner. If you do not personally hear from the school nurse, Crista DiSano, regarding your test results, then your PCR COVID results are negative. If your results are positive, you will receive a personal phone call from the nurse to alert you and to discuss COVID procedure. ATTENTION 6-12 HYBRID STUDENTS IMPORTANT CHANGE STARTING THIS WEEK! EVERY STUDENT, EVERY CLASS, EVERYDAY! Beginning Thursday, 1/14 every student in the 6 -12 Hybrid Model will be expected to attend every one of their classes either virtually or in-person, at the regularly scheduled meeting times every day. This means that while our in-person learners are participating in live instruction at school, our remote and distance learners will now also be expected to be live on Zoom (or similar) and participating in classroom instruction on their computers with their teachers and classmates.
